FluidLogic stands by the quality and durability of all our hydration products. We offer a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase, for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, accidental damage or misuse. Any modifications or alterations made to the product voids this warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your FluidLogic product has a defect in material or workmanship, please contact our warranty department at 855-GO-FLUID or email us at customerservice@fluidlogic.com. We will ask for proof of purchase, a picture of the issue and a brief description of the problem. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you so the product can be returned for inspection. Once we inspect your return, if your claim is covered under our warranty, we will send you a replacement product or a similar item.
Repairs Not Covered Under Warranty
If your FluidLogic product is damaged due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage and is not covered under warranty, we may be able to offer repair services for a fee. For more information, please contact us at customerservice@fluidlogic.com.

How to Return a FluidLogic Product
Please contact our Customer Service team at 855-GO-FLUID or you may email us at customerservice@fluidlogic.com. We will need you to provide your order number and the reason for your return. If the return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number for you to include with your shipment.
Once FluidLogic receives, inspects and approves your return, we will initiate a credit to your original payment method. This process may take 5-10 business days.
